Submitting ideas, voting, and commenting

Can I edit my idea after submitting it?

You can make amendments or corrections after submission by visiting your project page and clicking “Edit”.

I found another idea which is similar to mine

We recommend that the latest person to submit the idea modifies or deletes it.

I voted for a product idea that turned into a commercial product. Do I have to buy it?

Only if you want to.

Somebody left an inappropriate comment on a project

Please click the "Report" button next to the comment. If the comment is deemed a violation of our Terms of Service, our staff will step in to help out.


Pre-orders

Who is the seller of the products available for pre-order?

The sellers of items available for pre-order depends on the product. For information about the seller, please refer to the "Information displayed based on the Act of Specific Commercial Transactions" on the product’s pre-order page.

How do I send a specification enquiry for a product available for pre-order?

Please send your enquiry from the comment field of the product page. If you would like to send an enquiry privately, visit the creator’s profile and click the “Send Message” button.

If pre-orders are closed, does this mean that the product will never again be available?

If there is high demand, there is a chance that the seller will produce more units. Make sure your demand is known by leaving a comment on the project page and spreading the word!

How can I make a payment?

We accept payments by credit card.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel an order up until the day it is shipped from your "Order History" page.

Which credit cards do you accept?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners.

Do you accept returns?

We’ll do our best to deliver on a specific date. Please leave a comment when placing your order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary by product. For details, please refer to the information provided on the product page.

Can I change my delivery address?

The delivery address can be changed if you contact us before the item has been dispatched. Please send us an email with your name, order number, and the new delivery address.

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship to Japan. We have plans to ship to other destinations in the near future, so stay tuned!
